The Chopticon Braves triumphed over the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons softball squad by a count of 27-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Braves meet the La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD) in a Southern Maryland challenge, on Friday, March 28. Chopticon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 17-1 league win over North Point (Waldorf, MD).
The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD). The Knights enter the Washington Catholic challenge with a 5-1 record.
