The Sheridan Generals softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Coshocton Redskins to 1 in the Generals league win on Thursday.

The Generals now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lancaster for a non-league battle on Friday, March 28. Sheridan will confront a Golden Gales team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH). The Golden Gales record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Redskins battle the Liberty Union Lions (Baltimore, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 29. Coshocton will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Centerburg (Centerburg, OH).
