The Jennings County Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Henryville Hornets to 11 in the Panthers non-league win on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Silver Creek for a non-league battle on Friday, March 28. Jennings County will confront a Dragons team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Oldham County (Buckner, KY). The Dragons record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Henryville moves to 0-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Silver Creek (Sellersburg, IN) to confront the Dragons in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. The Dragons come into the battle with a record of 5-0. Silver Creek won 5-4 in their recent non-league battle against Evansville Memorial (Evansville, IN)
