Washington High School Softball - Lynden bounces Lakewood

The Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) softball the visiting Lakewood Cougars (Arlington, WA), 12-8 in Thursday's league outing.

The Lions now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Squalicum for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing on Monday, March 31. Lynden will encounter a Storm team coming off a 27-23 league loss to Meridian (Bellingham, WA). The Storm record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Lakewood moves to 2-3 on the season. The Cougars host Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA) to encounter the Pioneers in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing on Friday, March 28. The Pioneers come into the outing with a record of 3-0. Nooksack Valley won 17-0 in their recent league outing against Bellingham (Bellingham, WA)
