Illinois High School Softball - Olympia gets by Limestone

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Olympia Spartans (Stanford, IL) and the host Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL), observed Olympia's softball team get by Limestone by a tally of 4-3.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Metamora (Metamora, IL). The Redbirds go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Metamora tipped Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Rockets clash with the Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Limestone will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, IL).
