Oregon High School Baseball - Grant Union loses to Taft

The Taft Tigers the visiting Grant Union Prospectors baseball squad by a score of 7-2 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Tigers encounter the Burns Hilanders (Burns, OR) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 28. Taft will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Hilanders enter the outing with a 1-1 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Weiser (Weiser, ID).

The Prospectors (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Heppner/Ione (Heppner, OR). The Mustangs enter the 2A/1A-SD7 Special District 7 challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Heppner/Ione was overwhelmed by Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR), 18-3, in a non-league challenge.
