The Somonauk Bobcats baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Amboy Clippers to 2 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Bobcats (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Plano (Plano, IL). The Reapers go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Plano was overwhelmed by Alton (Alton, IL), 5-1, in a non-league match.
The Clippers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Earlville (Earlville, IL). The Red Raiders go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Earlville was overwhelmed by Mendota (Mendota, IL), 16-0, in a non-league match.
