The Bishop Moore Hornets baseball team scored 21 runs and limited the visiting Lake Highland Prep Highlanders to 2 in the Hornets non-league victory on Monday.
The Hornets (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Windermere (Windermere, FL). The Wolverines go into the non-league match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Windermere gained a win over Timber Creek (Orlando, FL), 11-5, in a non-league match.
The Highlanders (1-12) will now prepare for their match against Windermere Prep (Windermere, FL). The Lakers go into the 3A District 9 match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Windermere Prep gained a win over Central Florida Christian Academy (Ocoee, FL), 20-5, in a non-league match.
