The DeQuincy Tigers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host East Beauregard Trojans to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Tigers (15-5) will now prepare for their match against Oakdale (Oakdale, LA). The Warriors go into the 2A District 5 match with a 7-4 record.
The Trojans (2-10) will now prepare for their match against Merryville (Merryville, LA). The Panthers go into the 1A District 4 match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Merryville was overwhelmed by South Beauregard (Longville, LA), 12-2, in a non-league match.
