In Monday's non-league game, the visiting La Salle Lancers baseball team scored a nice 16-2 victory over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.
The Lancers (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Miamisburg (Miamisburg, OH). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Miamisburg overcame Edgewood (Trenton, OH), 2-0, in a non-league game.
