In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Chicago University Maroons soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the St. Laurence Vikings.
The Maroons (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL). The Mighty Macs come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record.
The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Reavis (Burbank, IL). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Reavis was nudged by Herscher (Herscher, IL), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
