Mt. Zion Braves (Mt. Zion, IL) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Monticello Sages (Monticello, IL), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves confront the Pana Panthers (Pana, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 29. Mt. Zion will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Taylorville (Taylorville, IL).

The Sages now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 30. Monticello will confront a Chargers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Urbana University (Urbana, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 1-2.
