The Unioto Shermans crushed the host Hillsboro Indians baseball team by a count of 17-4 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Shermans now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Paint Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 29.

Next, the Indians face the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 2. Hillsboro will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
