Straughn Tigers (Andalusia, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL), 14-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Andalusia for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 7.

With the loss, Pike County falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Goshen (Goshen, AL) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Goshen lost 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Opp (Opp, AL)
