Concordia Cardinals (Round Rock, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host San Juan Diego Catholic Saints (Austin, TX), 12-1 in a league challenge.

The Cardinals now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Vanguard College Prep for a TAPPS Division III District 3 challenge on Thursday, March 31. Concordia will face a Vikings squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, San Juan Diego Catholic falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX) to face the Cougars in a TAPPS Division IV District 3 challenge on Monday, April 11. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 1-3.
