Washington High School Softball - Everett gets by Shorewood

The Everett Seagulls got by the visiting Shorewood Thunderbirds softball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Monday's league battle.

The Seagulls (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Cedarcrest (Duvall, WA). The Red Wolves go into the 2A/3A Wesco battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Cedarcrest nudged Mountlake Terrace (Mountlake Terrace, WA), 14-4, in a league battle.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Stanwood for a 2A/3A Wesco battle on Wednesday, March 30. Shorewood will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Cedarcrest (Duvall, WA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
