The Red Bud Musketeers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Granite City Warriors to 8 in the Musketeers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Red Bud improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Musketeers travel to Okawville (Okawville, IL) to clash with the Rockets in a Cahokia - Mississippi game on Tuesday, March 29. The Rockets come into the game with a record of 2-1. Okawville lost 12-8 in their recent non-league game against Mater Dei (Breese, IL)

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Roxana Shells (Roxana, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 2. Granite City will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Shells come into the game with a 1-5 record after their 13-3 league loss to Breese Central (Breese, IL).
