Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting William Campbell Generals (Naruna, VA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Chargers now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Randolph-Henry for a James River challenge on Tuesday, March 29.
With the loss, William Campbell falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Generals host Glass (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 30. The Hilltoppers enter the challenge with a record of 2-2.
