The Burke Bengals baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Hebrew Academy to 2 in the Bengals league victory on Tuesday.
The Bengals (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Episcopal (Alexandria, VA). The Maroon go into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Episcopal got by Woodberry Forest (Woodberry Forest, VA), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Hebrew Academy falls to 0-1 on the season. The host Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC) to encounter the Eagles in a challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
