In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Pinnacle Pioneers baseball team scored a tight 10-5 victory over the IMG Academy Black Ascenders.
The Pioneers (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Basic (Henderson, NV). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 12-0 record. In their last game, Basic tipped Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR), 11-1, in a non-league game.
