Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Octorara Area gets by J.P. McCaskey

Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA), 6-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Octorara Area upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Braves host Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA) to battle the Buckskins in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 29. The Buckskins come into the test with a record of 1-1. Conestoga Valley lost 8-6 in their recent non-league battle against Cocalico (Denver, PA)

The Red Tornado now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Susquehanna Township for a non-league battle on Friday, March 31. J.P. McCaskey will play a HANNA squad coming off a 26-0 league win over Steelton-Highspire (Steelton, PA). The HANNA record now stands at 2-1.
