In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) baseball squad routed the host Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL), by a final score of 8-2.
The Spartans now possess a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Crystal Lake Central for a non-league bout on Friday, March 31. Sycamore will face a Tigers team coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-3.
Next, the Mustangs face the Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 4. Metea Valley will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
