Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), 11-10 in a non-league battle.

The Highlanders now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host San Marin for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 1. Piedmont will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 19-5 league win over Novato (Novato, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-2.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles (Concord, CA) in a Diablo Athletic League battle, on Thursday, March 30. Las Lomas will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Ugly Eagles come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 18-3 league loss to Campolindo (Moraga, CA).
