Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Yorktown Patriots (Arlington, VA), 10-7 in a non-league test.

The Cougars now have a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kellam for a non-league test on Monday, April 3. Oakton will face a Knights squad coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Patriots face the James Madison Warhawks (Vienna, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 30. Yorktown will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Warhawks come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 10-8 non-league loss to Potomac Senior (Dumfries, VA).
