The South Fayette Lions tipped the host Quaker Valley Quakers lacrosse team by a score of 8-7 in Tuesday's league match.
With the win, South Fayette upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Trinity (Washington, PA) to play the Hillers in a WPIAL 2A 2 match on Thursday, March 30. The Hillers go into the match with a record of 0-2. Trinity lost 11-0 in their recent non-league match against North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA)
With the defeat, Quaker Valley drops to 1-1 on the season. The Quakers host Moon Area (Moon Township, PA) to play the Tigers in a match on Thursday, March 30. The Tigers go into the match with a record of 2-0. Moon Area won 16-4 in their recent non-league match against Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA)
