The Buccaneers (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle enter the Mideastern 3A/4A challenge with a 9-0 record. In their last challenge, Ashley tipped North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 9-0, in a league challenge.

The Pirates now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Brunswick for a Mideastern 3A/4A challenge on Thursday, March 30. Topsail will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 league win over West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 4-2.
