The Nease Panthers lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the host Bartram Trail Bears to 5 in the Panthers league win on Tuesday.
The Panthers (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy (Melbourne, FL). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 12-1 record. In their last match, Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy was overwhelmed by Bolles (Jacksonville, FL), 21-10, in a non-league match.
The Bears (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Creekside (St. Johns, FL). The Knights go into the 2A D2 match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Creekside nudged Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL), 11-4, in a non-league match.
