Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA), 17-5 in a league battle.

The Cubs now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Margaret's for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 4. Loyola will clash with a Tartans squad coming off a 18-7 non-league win over Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 10-1.

In their next game, the Golden Knights clash with the Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 31. St. Francis will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 7-0 record after their 7-5 league win over Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA).
