With the win, Pope upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Greyhounds host Allatoona (Acworth, GA) to battle the Buccaneers in a 5A-6A Area 2 outing on Friday, March 31. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a record of 7-6. Allatoona won 11-9 in their recent non-league outing against Creekview (Canton, GA)

With the defeat, North Paulding drops to 11-2 on the season. The Wolfpack host Woodstock (Woodstock, GA) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league outing on Thursday, March 30. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 7-6. Woodstock won 15-3 in their recent league outing against Dalton (Dalton, GA)
