In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Indian River Braves soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Nandua Warriors.
The Braves (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Granby (Norfolk, VA). The Comets come into the non-league battle with a 6-0 record. In their last battle, Granby nudged Phoebus (Hampton, VA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Warwick (Newport News, VA). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record.
