In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Veterans Warhawks soccer squad scored a close 6-2 win over the Spalding Jaguars.
The Warhawks (17-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lee County (Leesburg, GA). The Trojans go into the 6A Area 1 battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Lee County nipped Crisp County (Cordele, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Jaguars (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Griffin (Griffin, GA). The Bears go into the 4A Area 2 battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Griffin by Perry (Perry, GA), 10-0, in a league battle.
