The Pungo Christian Academy Raiders softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots to 1 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Pungo Christian Academy moves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Raiders host Albemarle School (Elizabeth City, NC) to clash with the Colts in a NCISAA Tarheel game on Monday, April 3. The Colts come into the game with a record of 4-3. Albemarle School lost 1-0 in their recent league game against Lawrence Academy (Merry Hill, NC)

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Wayne Christian Eagles (Goldsboro, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain game, on Thursday, March 30. Arendell Parrott Academy will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 4-3 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Cape Fear Christian Academy (Erwin, NC).
