McDonald Blue Devils (McDonald, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Badger Braves (Kinsman, OH), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to McKinley for a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet challenge on Monday, April 3.

With the loss, Badger falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Windham (Windham, OH) to battle the Bombers in a Northeastern Athletic challenge on Wednesday, March 29. The Bombers enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Windham won 13-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Kirtland (Kirtland, OH)
