Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Egyptian Pharaohs (Tamms, IL) and the visiting Cobden Appleknockers (Cobden, IL), witnessed Egyptian's softball squad prevail over Cobden by a count of 14-6.

The Pharaohs now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Dongola for a South Egyptian match on Friday, March 31. Egyptian will meet a Demons squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Century (Ullin, IL). The Demons record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Cobden moves to 0-2 on the season. The Appleknockers host Goreville (Goreville, IL) to meet the Blackcats in a non-league match on Monday, April 10. The Blackcats go into the match with a record of 4-1.
