Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Eastlake Titans (Chula Vista, CA), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Sultans now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Granite Hills for a Grossmont Hills challenge on Wednesday, March 29. Santana will face a Eagles squad coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Eastlake falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Titans host Christian (El Cajon, CA) to face the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 6-3. Christian won 13-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Brawley (Brawley, CA)
