Oregon High School Softball - North Medford can't get by South Salem

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the South Salem Saxons (Salem, OR) softball team held off the visiting North Medford Black Tornado (Medford, OR), by a margin of 3-2.
With the triumph, South Salem moves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Saxons travel to Roseburg (Roseburg, OR) to play the Indians in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 4. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 1-2. Roseburg lost 8-5 in their recent non-league contest against Del Norte (Crescent City, CA)
In their next game, the Black Tornado play the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest contest, on Tuesday, April 4. North Medford will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Axe come into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Willamette (Eugene, OR).
