The Dierks Outlaws crushed the host Mount Ida Lions baseball team by a count of 14-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Outlaws now possess a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Horatio for a 2A Region 7 bout on Friday, March 29. Dierks will face a Lions team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Fouke (Fouke, AR). The Lions record now stands at 4-5.
Next, the Lions face the Nevada Blue Jays (Rosston, AR) in a 1A Region 7 bout, on Friday, March 29. Mount Ida will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record.
