In Thursday's non-league test, the host Shepherd Hill Regional Rams lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers.
The Rams now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fitchburg for a test on Tuesday, April 2.
In their next game, the Beavers face the Tri-County RVT Cougars (Franklin, MA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 2. Blackstone Valley RVT will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
