The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) and the visiting May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC), saw James Island's lacrosse team gain a win over May River by a margin of 6-4.

The Trojans (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC). The Raptors enter the 4A-1A Lower challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Academic Magnet was nudged by Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC), 11-2, in a non-league challenge.

The Sharks (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record.
