The Champion Golden Flashes routed the visiting Ursuline Fighting Irish softball squad by a final score of 14-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Golden Flashes (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Brookfield (Brookfield, OH). The Warriors go into the Mahoning Valley Athletic - Grey battle with a 0-1 record.
