California High School Softball - Edison knocked off by Chowchilla

March 28, 2024: Fresno, CA 93706

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Chowchilla Tribe (Chowchilla, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA), by a margin of 13-4.

With the triumph, Chowchilla moves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Tribe travel to Liberty (Madera, CA) to play the Hawks in a Northwest Sequoia- North contest on Tuesday, April 2. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 11-6. Liberty won 10-2 in their recent non-league contest against Hanford West (Hanford, CA)

In their next game, the Tigers play the Lemoore Tigers (Lemoore, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 3. Edison will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 10-6 non-league loss to Golden West (Visalia, CA).
