Ohio High School Softball - Jackson bounces Columbiana

The Jackson Ironman/Ironladies (Jackson, OH) softball routed the visiting Columbiana Clippers (Columbiana, OH), 9-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Ironman/Ironladies (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Miami Trace (Washington Courthouse, OH). The Panthers go into the Frontier Athletic bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Miami Trace was routed by Huntington (Chillicothe, OH), 6-1, in a non-league bout.

The Clippers now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Leslie County for a non-league bout on Friday, March 29. Columbiana will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Tennessee (Bristol, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
