The Margaretta Polar Bears softball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Edgewood Cougars to 5 in the Polar Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Margaretta improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Polar Bears travel to Lakota West (West Chester, OH) to clash with the Firebirds in a non-league game on Friday, March 29. The Firebirds come into the game with a record of 1-3. Lakota West lost 5-2 in their recent league game against Hamilton (Hamilton, OH)
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Lakewood Rangers (Lakewood, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 29. Edgewood will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Rangers come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 12-2 league win over Bay (Bay Village, OH).
