The Gentry Pioneers routed the host West Fork Tigers softball squad by a final score of 18-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Pioneers (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Gravette (Gravette, AR). The Lions go into the 4A Region 1 battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Gravette notched a victory over Huntsville (Huntsville, AR), 15-0, in a league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Valley Springs for a non-league battle on Monday, April 1. West Fork will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Rose Bud (Rose Bud, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.
