In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Wynne Yellowjackets softball team scored a nice 18-0 triumph over the Highland Rebels.
With the triumph, Wynne moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Stuttgart (Stuttgart, AR) to play the Ricebirds in a non-league contest on Friday, March 29. The Ricebirds come into the contest with a record of 4-8. Stuttgart lost 11-0 in their recent league contest against Crossett (Crossett, AR)
In their next game, the Rebels play the Westside Warriors (Jonesboro, AR) in a 4A Region 3 contest, on Friday, March 29. Highland will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Warriors come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR).
