The Olentangy Orange Pioneers softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies to 7 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Olentangy Orange moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Friday, March 29. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 1-2. Reynoldsburg lost 17-1 in their recent non-league game against Dublin Coffman (Dublin, OH)

In their next game, the Johnnies clash with the Lakewood Lancers (Hebron, OH) in a Licking County game, on Monday, April 1. Johnstown-Monroe will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
