The Lincolnview Lancers softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Minster Wildcats to 6 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Lincolnview moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Lancers travel to Defiance (Defiance, OH) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, March 30. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Crestview Knights (Convoy, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 30. Minster will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Knights enter the test with a 1-1 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Van Wert (Van Wert, OH).
