The Boston Latin Academy Dragons baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Nantucket Whalers to 0 in the Dragons non-league win on Friday.
The Dragons now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Charlestown for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2.
With the defeat, Nantucket drops to 0-2 on the year. The Whalers host St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA) to clash with the Lions in a Cape & Islands test on Wednesday, April 9. The Lions go into the test with a record of 2-0.
