The Father Ryan Irish (Nashville, TN) baseball got by the host Centennial Cougars (Franklin, TN), 5-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Irish now own a 6-12 record. They take the field next when they host Lipscomb Academy for a D II-AA Middle challenge on Monday, March 31. Father Ryan will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Mount Juliet (Mt. Juliet, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-2.
With the defeat, Centennial drops to 7-8 on the year. The Cougars travel to Nolensville (Nolensville, TN) to clash with the Knights in a 4A District 11 challenge on Monday, March 31. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Nolensville won 20-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Mount Juliet (Mt. Juliet, TN)
