The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA) and the host Chambersburg Trojans (Chambersburg, PA), saw Shippensburg's baseball team gain a win over Chambersburg by a tally of 3-1.

The Greyhounds (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Big Spring (Newville, PA). The Bulldogs enter the Mid-Penn - Colonial battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Big Spring held off York Suburban (York, PA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Trojans face the State College Little Lions (State College, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Chambersburg will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Little Lions enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 11-7 non-league loss to Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA).
